Execution

• Eco brand was developed as a new brand catering to environmentally conscious customers. As there was no sales data for us to work with, we conducted workshops with the client to develop their brand positioning in the market. We then used our discovery process to ensure the solution we provided them was optimised for both their target customers and integrated seamlessly into their operations systems. A modern retail feel website using Woocommerce. It was important to make sure that UI of the website highlighted the brand’s differentiated positioning in the market. The UI focused on highlighting brand’s story with a really well crafted About us page.
• Further, we conducted workshops to help the company develop its user experience strategy. We used filters and improved search functionality to make sure that their customer found what they were looking for as easily as possible. It was important to keep the backend administration in mind while developing the website. We took advantage of the intuitive and simple nature of Woocommerce backend system. We also customised the backend to meet client’s specific requirement specifically around product management to reduce the admin time as much as possible. We also developed the content strategy for the brand to enhance their Search Engine Optimisation. The site map of the website was designed to make it user-friendly.
• Since this was the launch of a new brand, we had to keep in mind the speed to market. We set up a Project management tool Trello to ensure that tasks were completed on time and addressed client feedback.
